Aneesh Varghese
Aneesh Varghese is the Founder, Director, and Principal Consultant of InfoSec Consulting Ltd. With more than 20 years of ICT experience, he specialises in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management, Integration, and Technology Strategy.
Aneesh has worked with leading organisations across New Zealand's public and private sectors, including the Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ), the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment (MBIE), the Ministry of Health, and Whitireia and WelTec. In these roles, he has helped deliver secure, scalable, and business-aligned technology solutions.
His expertise spans cloud transformation, Azure platform architecture, cybersecurity, identity and access management, API and integration architecture, architecture governance, and digital transformation. He collaborates closely with executives, business leaders, and technology teams to develop practical strategies and deliver secure, resilient, and future-ready outcomes.
Aneesh helps organisations use cloud, data, automation, and AI to enable innovation and business outcomes while maintaining strong security, governance, and compliance practices.
